Mike Corrigan

Operations Manager/Owner

Mike joined Breaking Ground in 2013 when he and Cyndy took ownership of the company, then came on board full-time in 2014 to run the daily operations. He earned his Business Administration/Marketing degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. His 20+ years of experience in the Utility industry prepared him for the challenges of scheduling crews and keeping them supplied with materials and equipment to complete landscape projects on-time and on-budget.

“With most of the installation projects I worked on in utilities, the goal was to complete the job such that the customer couldn’t tell that we’d been there. It’s so much more rewarding to complete projects where the site is not only changed, but completely transformed into something beautiful that the customer can really enjoy.”
